The D1-4 spindle is supported by high quality tapered roller bearings.Induction hardening, precision ground V-shaped bed. Quenched in spindle box, precision ground gear. The gearbox has large feed and threading functions. Independent lead screw and feed rod. The spindle control rod mounted on the rack. Adjustable hook head slide. Automatic feeding and threading are fully interlocked. The tailstock can be offset for turning taper. Including tolerance test certificate and test flow chart.
