The MIC-8-2-2 filling plugging and crimping machine has been improved by our company's scientific research and development. This machine is mainly used for filling small dose vial, penicillin etc. The metering filling adopts the stainless steel plunger piston pump controlled by servo motor. The vibrators for plugs and caps are medical grade. All parts of the machine in contact with liquid medicine are made of stainless steel or non-toxic and corrosion-resistant materials.
Features:
1. The bottle on the screw goes directly into the filling station of the rotary chuck, and the bottle feeding structure is reasonable, and the bottles are basically intact and broken.
2. The measurement can be adjusted uniformly and fine-tuned individually.
