This MIC-ZF12 Automatic Bottle Filling Machine adopts serve ball-screw system to drive the piston cylinder.
The machine adopts PLC control, according to the filling bottle, fixed discharging mouth, the rest all operation can be finished on a touch screen. In addition to have common automatic servo piston filling machine advantages, also the widened the range of filling material. Such as filling material contains particles, long strips of solid content, also can be a very effective filling.
This US export jalapeno sauce filling capping packing machine line was installed and trained by 3 engineers oversea help. Our engineers have gone to client's factory, intalled machines, trained their works at April, 2018. The client's are very satisfied with our packing line for their beautiful products.
Measuring cylinder
The function of measuring cylinder cylinder is mainly quantitative filling, its use can make your filling accuracy higher, driven by servo motor, control the movement of the piston rod, the Piston moving down extract the material from the material cylinder to the measuring cylinder cylinder, and then the piston moves up to the dose of the cylinder cylinder in the material to the filling pipeline.
Heat preservation device is added outside the measuring cylinder, especially suitable for some materials that need high temperature filling.

Material box
The top of the machine is the material box, the material box is used to store the materials you want to fill, his capacity is large enough to reduce the number of times you add materials, this is very convenient.In addition, it is placed on the top of the machine to effectively save you more space.
When filling, the piston moves down to take material from the material box and stops when it reaches the capacity of the cylinder, after which the piston drives to start filling
filling head
The chili sauce is put into the material cylinder, and the piston to pump the chili sauce into the measuring cylinder. Then the piston moves up to send the chili sauce to the filling pipe. At the same time, when the bottle enters the filling machine through the conveyor belt, the filling head moves down to start filling. After filling, the conveyor belt will automatically send the bottle to the capping station.
(Filling process without drip leakage, the number of filling head can be customized according to your needs ａnd diameter of filling head basis on the diameter of your barrel’s mouth)
