Mic 18-6 Rotary Type Cooking Edible Vegetable Olive Oil PET Bottle Filling Machine (3000-6000BPH)which is applicable for vegetable oil , cooking oil , olive oil, edible oil, sunflower oil, peanut oil etc liquid like oil products.
Two in one triple machine filling and capping in one, is on the base of introducing, digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technology.
It is mainly used for oil filling and capping. Its structure is advanced, stable, reliable, safe operation, convenient maintenance, the use of frequency conversion speed control, high production efficiency, is the ideal equipment for small and medium sized beverage factory.
The production process of the machine are as follows: conveyor chain and triple a machine directly connected, bottles by conveyor chain through a screw into bottle shifting wheel by shifting the bottle star wheel transfer to three synthetic filling machine, into the filling machine of the bottle by retaining the bottom of the bottle holder.
The whole machine equipment adopts a closed window, and the sealing window height is higher than the highest point of the equipment, and there is a proper passage in the bottle.

Volumetric type quantitative filling system
This filling machine uses a non-contact quantitative filling system. When the machine starts working, first open the measuring cup control valve, adjust the flow rate and inject the oil into the measuring cylinder, and then the bottle is transported to the Filling position. At the same time, according to the needs of your packaging container, accurate measurement, and then through the time control to close the measuring cylinder control valve, to achieve accurate filling. This machine also has an advantage: at the end of the filling, the cylinder blows the last remaining oil from the valve port into the bottle, which can achieve drip-free filling, and better keep the bottle body clean and tidy.
Plastic cap screwing system
The motor transmits the power to the main shaft through the transmission device, so that the turntable rotates. Because the central gear does not rotate, the rotary cap rotates because of the rotation of the gear of the rotary cap shaft. When the machine sealing, the cover through the automatic cover falling device, cover falling guide rail, there is a bottle into the cover plate, no bottle then no cover, when the rotation of the cap side moving down, rotation (pressure) cap under the action of the CAM to complete cover. Then by the drawing wheel into bottle delivery.
Liquid nitrogen doser
In order to extend the shelf life and freshness of the oil, we will suggest our customer to add this liquid nitrogen doser to work with filling machine.It can better guarantee the quality of the oil
