This MIC-ZF12 Automatic Bottle Filling Machine adopts serve ball-screw system to drive the piston cylinder.
The machine adopts PLC control, according to the filling bottle, fixed discharging mouth, the rest all operation can be finished on a touch screen. In addition to have common automatic servo piston filling machine advantages, also the widened the range of filling material. Such as filling material contains particles, long strips of solid content, also can be a very effective filling.

filling head
The material is put into the material cylinder, the piston to pump the material into the measuring cylinder. Then the piston moves up to send the material to the filling pipe. At the same time, when the bottle enters the filling machine through the conveyor belt, the filling head moves down to start filling. After filling, the conveyor belt will automatically send the bottle to the capping station.
(Filling process without drip leakage, the number of filling head can be customized according to your needs ａnd diameter of filling head basis on the diameter of your barrel’s mouth)
Material box
The top of the machine is the material box, the material box is used to store the materials you want to fill, his capacity is large enough to reduce the number of times you add materials, this is very convenient.In addition, it is placed on the top of the machine to effectively save you more space.
When filling, the piston moves down to take material from the material box and stops when it reaches the capacity of the cylinder, after which the piston drives to start filling
