High voltage connector housing technical characteristics:
Brass: can meet most military or civilian requirements.The brass case is coated with a nickel-chrome anticorrosion coating, which is excellent in resisting industrial exhaust gas, salt spray, acid rain and most preservatives.In addition, alternative anticorrosion coatings for other materials used in certain environments are also available:

2. Nickel-gold plating
3. Nickel chromium plating
4. Nickel-black chromium plating.After black chromium treatment, add a layer of organic protective film on the surface of the parts.

Stainless steel: for harsh use environment, the surface coating will be quickly damaged, we recommend using stainless steel.AISI 303 stainless steel is usually used and is suitable for most environments where stainless steel is required for products.
For special applications such as the nuclear industry, we use AISI 304 stainless steel, which is resistant to radiation and nitric acid corrosion.
For the medical industry, we recommend AISI 316L stainless steel because of the high corrosion resistance requirements in the medical industry.In addition, the stainless steel connector can be electrically welded to its housing with the same material device.The surfaces of these connectors have not been treated.

Aluminium alloy: suitable for connectors with aluminium alloy housings for applications with special weight requirements, such as aerospace industry, portable equipment, etc.In addition to high mechanical strength and excellent corrosion resistance, the aluminum alloy housing surface can also be protected by anodizing.

Plastic material: some connector housing can be made of plastic.This type of connector provides excellent electrical insulation and is especially suitable for the medical industry.Grey or white polysulfone PSU and beige PEEK materials have excellent results.
