I. Product Overview:

The ZW3351GP series explosion-proof pressure transmitter adopts imported high-quality pressure sensor chip. The environment temperature, pressure and input/output characteristic of the sensor are corrected by the built-in memory E2PROM. The temperature is compensated automatically by CPU microprocessor operation. The non-linear correction, V/I conversion and A/D conversion are carried out. The standard signal of 4-20mA is output, and an H-conforming standard signal is superimposed on the analog signal. ART protocol communicates with digital signals. In communication, the frequency signal has no disturbance effect on the signal of 4-20mA.

II. Working Principle:

The principle of ZW3351GP series explosion-proof pressure transmitter is that two kinds of pressure of measured medium enter into high and low pressure chambers, which act on the isolation diaphragm on both sides of the element (i.e. sensitive element), and transmit to both sides of the measuring diaphragm through the isolation diaphragm and the filling liquid in the element. Pressure transmitter is a capacitor composed of measuring diaphragm and electrodes on both sides of insulating sheet. When the pressure on both sides is inconsistent, the displacement of the diaphragm is proportional to the pressure difference, so the capacitance on both sides is different, and the signal is converted into a signal proportional to the pressure through oscillation and demodulation.

3. Application occasions:

ZW3351GP series explosion-proof pressure transmitter is mainly used to measure the pressure, negative pressure and adiabatic pressure of gas, liquid and steam, and then convert it into 4-20mA.DC signal output. It can measure the absolute pressure of exhaust system, distillation tower, evaporator and crystallizer.
