I. Product Overview:
ZW3351AP series explosion-proof and pressure-insulating/pressure transmitter is a new type of transmitter produced by importing advanced technology and equipment from abroad. II. Working Principle:
ZW3351AP series explosion-proof adiabatic pressure/pressure transmitter measures two kinds of pressure of medium into high and low pressure chamber, which acts on the isolation diaphragm on both sides of the delta element (i.e. sensitive element), and is transmitted to both sides of the measuring diaphragm through the isolator and filling liquid in the element. A capacitor is formed by measuring the diaphragm and the electrodes on both sides of the insulating sheet. When the pressure on both sides is inconsistent, the displacement of the diaphragm is proportional to the pressure difference, so the capacitance on both sides is different, and the signal is converted into a signal proportional to the pressure through oscillation and demodulation. The working principle and differential pressure transmitter are the same, but the difference is that the pressure of the low pressure chamber is atmospheric pressure or vacuum.
3. Application occasions:
One side of ZW3351AP series explosion-proof insulation/pressure transmitter receives the measured insulation signal, the other side is enclosed into a high vacuum reference chamber, and then converts it into 4-20mA.DC signal output. It can measure the absolute pressure of degassing system, distillation tower, evaporator and crystallizer.
