ZW-K102 Series Intelligent Digital Pressure Switch | Pressure Controller | Pressure Relay is an intellectualized instrument which integrates on-site display, on-site control, transmission and output of standard signals according to the needs of customers. It integrates the functions of pressure transmitter and secondary display control instrument. It is an intelligent measurement and control instrument for pressure detection, display, output, alarm, control and data transmission in automatic control system.

ZW-K102 series intelligent digital pressure switch is flexible in use, simple in operation, convenient in debugging, safe and reliable. It is widely used in hydropower, tap water, petroleum, chemical industry, machinery, hydraulic and other industries to measure, display and control the pressure of fluid medium.

3. Main characteristics:

1, 4-bit LED display current pressure or liquid level value;

2. Output switch quantity of two-way relay (single-pole double-throw);

3. The user can adjust the dead zone by any pressure alarm point within the range of measurement.

4. Pressure units can be selected: Bar, PSI, Kpa;

5. Installation requirements:

1 Mechanical installation:

ZW-K102 intelligent digital pressure switch can be installed directly on hydraulic pipeline through pressure pipe joint (G1/4 of external thread) (other size joints can be specified when ordering). In critical applications (such as severe vibration or shock), pressure pipe joints can be mechanically decoupled by miniature hoses.

Electrical connection:

1. Red: Power supply +;

2. Huang: Power supply-;

3. Blue: Switch 1;

4. Green: Switch 2;

5. Brown: 4-20 mA.

6. In order to prevent the influence of electromagnetic interference, the following points should be paid attention to:

1. The line connection should be as short as possible.

2. Shielding wire;

3. Avoid direct access to the wiring of user devices or electrical and electronic devices that cause interference.

4. If installed with a miniature hose, the shell must be grounded separately.
