Two, work principle:

ZW3051LGP series single flange remote liquid level meter is composed of 3051GP smart pressure transmitter with a capillary with stainless steel flange connection, through the installation of a pipeline or a container in the remote device senses the measured pressure, the pressure of the capillary filled silicone oil (or other liquid) is transmitted to the transmitter body, then from the main body of the transmitter within the delta chamber and an amplifying circuit board, the pressure or differential pressure conversion 4 ~ 20mA.DC signal output, and HART compliant manipulator with mutual communication, setting and monitoring.

Eight, maintenance procedures:

1, structure:

Remote flange pressure type differential pressure transmitter, liquid level transmitter by capillary and flange sealing diaphragm. The sealing diaphragm prevents the medium in a pipeline directly into the differential pressure transmitter, between it and the transmitter is filled with liquid (usually by using silicone oil) connected to the capillary tube, when the diaphragm compression of micro deformation, deformation or displacement frequency transfer to the transmitter through the capillary liquid, converted into an output signal by the transmitter after treatment.

2, visual inspection:

A, check: check the flange and the flange connecting part of the seal device is good; the flange and the capillary, capillary and the transmitter connecting part and the capillary itself is liquid leakage; flange diaphragm is no deformation, damage, corrosion, scaling and other adverse conditions.

The B transmitter, check: check the transmitter case without damage, corrosion and other faults, found problems in a timely manner.

3, acceptance:

A, open the transmitter cover, check the sealing ring is damaged, if the damage to the timely replacement; check the circuit boards and other components is good.

B, check the transmitter terminal case is good.

C, disconnect the power to remove the wiring, insulation resistance check, use 500V megohmmeter insulation resistance check transmitter terminal and between the shell and the resistance value should be greater than 20M.

4, Dan Falan level transmitter debugging check

A in order to ensure the accuracy of measurement of single flange level transmitter transmitter, can not open the capillary, so check to check the transmitter together with the flange; before installation, available pressure analog signals and HART communication device check.

B, zero and span adjustment steps: adjust the zero and span output, the allowable error range. The continuous pressure, with the range of 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 150% pressure check, when the pressure is stable after the current record shows the standard current meter value and return error check. If the parity error exceeds the allowable error range, re check. HART operation with the adjustment, see the corresponding adjustment method using HART.

4, installation:

A, remote installation of flange:

High and low pressure on both sides of the flange should be properly installed, not anti loaded; in order to reduce the effect of environmental temperature, the high and low pressure side of the capillary bundle together, and fixed to prevent the effects of wind and vibration (the long capillary part shall be rolled together; not fixed) injury with liquid film on the surface of. Do not twist, squeeze the capillary, don't put too much pressure on it.

B, the transmitter body installation: use the mounting bracket, the transmitter body installed on a 50mm diameter pipe.Can be horizontal and vertical installation of piping piping installation.

5, matters needing attention:

A, the measurement chamber four fastening bolts, and the connecting part of the capillary chamber can not be fixed screw loose, to prevent leakage of liquid filled, instrument damage caused by.

B, the wiring should avoid large capacity transformer, motor or power supply interference source; the wiring should open the power supply interface of the dustproof plug; threaded part should be waterproof (waterproof treatment using non hardening silicone sealant series); to prevent interference, signal cable should avoid the same root canal cable protection and other power cable penetration; for explosion-proof instrument, to ensure the explosion-proof performance, wiring must be in accordance with the relevant provisions.

Nine, matters needing attention:

Remote flange pressure level meter used in the process should pay attention to consider the following:

1, the measurement of liquid pressure, the installation position of remote pressure transmitter should avoid the impact of liquid (or water hammer), so as to avoid overvoltage damage sensor.

2, in the remote pressure transmitter transmitter occurred in winter freeze, according to the transmitters installed in outdoor antifreezing measures must be taken to avoid the pressure inside the mouth, the freezing liquid due to volume expansion, leading to sensor damage.

3, when wiring, cable through the waterproof connector (accessories) or around the pipe and tighten the sealing nut, to prevent rainwater seeps into the shell through the cable transmitter.

4, remote pressure transmitter transmitter in the measurement of liquid pressure, pressure taking port should be opened in a side flow pipe, to avoid slag deposition precipitation.

5, to prevent the liquid medium contact flange transmitter and corrosive or overheating, but also to prevent the deposition of dross in the duct;

6, in the measurement of gas pressure, pressure taking port to open at the top of the pipe flow, and the upper flange level transmitter should be installed in the pipeline so that the deposition process of liquid injected into the pipeline in the process of rapid.

7, remote pressure transmitter should pay attention to the sensor tube to be installed in a small temperature fluctuation place;

8, remote pressure transmitter for measuring steam or other high temperature media, should be connected with the buffer tube (coil) and condenser, should not make the transmitter working temperature exceeds the limit.
