ZW-UQK series Marine float level controller Applicable to ships, two level control and alarm to the liquid level in the tank and other equipment in chemical industry. Two, work principle:

ZW-UQK series marine float level controller is composed of a floating ball assembly and transformation of two parts. Six, installation method:

1, the installation should be far away from the inlet (outlet) nozzle, so as to avoid water fluctuations caused by misoperation;

2, installed in the mixing area, can be installed at the tube or baffle;

3, junction box line inlet to down;

4, the control circuit load does not overload use (less than the capacity of contact use);

5, the floating ball and the connecting rod to move up and down the angle (horizontal line) to + 14 degrees, when the floating ball in the horizontal position switch;

6, the installation should pay attention to and the connecting pipe length and aperture size matching, to ensure that the floating range of the floating ball.

Note: the total length of the floating ball and a connecting rod part to allow a certain degree of error.

Seven, installation instructions:

External installation:

1, the installation location should be away from the water inlet, otherwise the switch will malfunction caused by the fluctuation of water inlet.

2, if the float level switch device in the vessel wall, can be installed L type steel bracket.

3, if the switching device can be installed in the stirring area, wave tube or wave baffle.

4, the selection of pipe flange diameter greater than the diameter of the connecting pipe of the floating ball.

Recommend the use of multiple core cable wiring, 5.

6, control line load must match the float switch contact capacity.

7, the measured liquid proportion must be greater than the proportion of floating ball.

8, the floating ball movement has orders in the factory is adjusted according to the customer, please do not arbitrarily adjust the float position.

Internal wiring installation:

1, when the float switch used in motor, relay, solenoid coil circuit has an inductive load, in parallel across the load protection circuit such as: RC (buffer), rheostat, diode etc..

Note: please do not float switches are directly connected to the electromagnetic valve, motor or solenoid switch.

2, when the floating ball switch is used in capacitors, hot bulb, long cable and capacitive load, will produce a surge current in the switch contacts; in the float switch is connected in parallel with the protection circuit, such as current limiting resistors or surge absorber etc..

Eight, wiring and contact instructions:

1, open the box, the cable from the inlet through, and lock line inlet cable fixed head, according to the nameplate and wiring board terminal station logo on the terminal of the contact line on the corresponding access.

From the 2 wiring board, digital identification terminal table corresponding to a contact from top to bottom of the floating ball.

3, float ball joint is divided into three forms:

1A said: when the liquid level is higher than the floating ball contact A-C;

The 1B said: when the level is below the floating ball contact B-C;

The 1AB said: when the A-C level is below the floating ball contact open, B-C connected; the liquid level is higher than the floating ball when the A-C contact is connected, disconnect the B-C.

4, please tighten the lid after the completion of the connection and the connecting port is fixed, in order to ensure the waterproof junction box.

Nine, common faults and exclusion:

1, failure analysis and troubleshooting of floating ball movement

The liquid proportion is less than the proportion of floating ball to re confirm the proportion of floating ball;

The floating ball, and the Water Leakage company to replace the floating ball;

The floating ball to remove foreign bodies stuck in foreign body.

2, the floating ball moves, but no signal output

The float position offset, adjust the float position;

The magnetic reed switch is damaged, replace the magnetic reed switch.

3, the output signal is not normal, to eliminate the magnetic field near the magnetic field interference;

4, maintain the signal, unable to recover, the floating ball can not return, a foreign body stuck to remove foreign bodies;

5, there will be a two signal output, ring position, adjusting ring buckle position.

Ten, matters needing attention:

1, regular cleaning of debris and dirt rod and the floating ball (depending on the water quality and cycle);

2, regular inspection of all parts are firmly;

3, the proportion of liquid should be considered, in order to ensure the smooth float to float;

4, the control circuit load does not overload use (less than the capacity of contact use);

5, electrical wiring box interface must be down;
