Two, work principle:

Six, thermal sleeve type protective sleeve installation steps are as follows:
1, in the pipeline of the measured medium hole. In order to protect the triangle cone casing firmly installed on the pipe wall, the through holes can drill a diameter of 38mm, and then expanded to 42mm in diameter, 38mm diameter hole reaming will keep 10mm long.
2, the installation of welding casing. Install the casing length, should ensure the protection of the triangle cone sleeve firmly against the hole diameter of 38mm.
3, inserted into the protective sleeve. When the triangular cone protective sleeve with 38mm hole seal, protect casing and casing should be installed between the welding gap enough.
4, the protective sleeve is welded on the installation sleeve.
Seven, installation notes:
For the installation of thermal resistance; thermal resistance should pay attention to several details in the installation and use; for the temperature measurement is accurate, safe and convenient maintenance, and does not affect the equipment operation and production operation. To meet the following requirements, in the selection of installation site of thermal resistance and insertion depth should pay attention to the following 2 points:
1, with a protective casing with heat transfer thermal resistance and heat loss, in order to reduce the measurement error, the thermal resistance should have sufficient depth of insertion:
A, when measuring the original insertion depth is more than 1m, should be installed vertically, or installing supporting frame and a protective sleeve.
B, if you need to measure the flue gas temperature is, while the flue diameter is 1000mm, the thermal resistance can insert depth 500mm.
Heat resistance C, temperature measurement for fluid pipe center, generally the measuring end is inserted into the pipe center (vertical or inclined installation). If the measured fluid pipe diameter is 100 mm, the thermal resistance should choose the insertion depth of 50~100 mm (should take into account the size installation base or flange).
D, for temperature measurement of high temperature and high pressure and high speed fluid (such as main steam temperature), in order to reduce resistance to the fluid and prevent the protective sleeve to protect the casing fracture under the influence of the fluid, can take the protection tube or by shallow shallow inserted. The thermal resistance protection sleeve type plug, which is inserted into the main steam pipeline depth not less than 75mm; the standard insert depth 100mm.
