Flame-retardant FRP cable bridge
Description:
I. Product Overview:
Flame-retardant FRP cable bridge is made of high-quality resin, fiberglass yarn and other raw materials with advanced technology and technology. The product has the advantages of high pressure resistance and light quality. Fiberglass reinforced plastic cable trough has not only fire resistance, heat insulation and self-extinguishing, but also high corrosion resistance due to its low thermal conductivity and the addition of flame retardant. At the same time, it has the advantages of light structure, aging resistance, safety and reliability. The inner wall of FRP cable groove is smooth, which can effectively protect cable tube from damage, and the product has high strength, toughness, corrosion resistance, and can protect cable for a long time.
II. Product Characteristics
1. Toughness and shock resistance
Strong impact resistance, no bending deformation.
2. Smooth inner wall
The interior is smooth and burr-free, which can protect the cable from damage and fully protect the cable.
3. Light weight
Density is less than 2, only 1/4 of steel and 2/3 of aluminium. Pressure resistance is incomparable with other materials.
4. Corrosion resistance
After special process treatment, it can effectively resist corrosion from corrosive solutions such as acid, alkali and salt.
5. Good insulation
Compared with metal cable tube, it has no eddy current loss and electric corrosion, good insulation, and is conducive to cable laying and operation.
6. Good weather resistance
It has good weather resistance, adapts to temperature from - 40 ~70 ~C, and has excellent weather resistance.
7. Good waterproof performance
The erection plays a decisive role in the protection of cables. Fiberglass reinforced plastic cable trough with waterproof function, can prevent water from entering the cable, affecting the use.
8. Long service life
It is made of glass fiber yarn and resin, and its service life can reach 50 years.
9. Comprehensive low cost
Our fiberglass reinforced plastic cable trough can be used for 50 years, effectively protecting the cable, greatly reducing the comprehensive cost.
Installation steps
1. Before installing fiberglass reinforced plastic cable trough, brackets should be installed on the bridge. The size of brackets depends on the specification of fiberglass reinforced plastic cable trough, but the spacing should not be too large. Generally, the brackets are made of angle steel.
2. Place the fire-proof fiberglass reinforced plastic cable tray on the bracket. Once the position is determined, the bracket can be drilled through the fiberglass reinforced plastic cable trough and bracket with a hand electric drill, then tightened with bolts. Two holes are drilled on each bracket with a diameter of 10 mm and two sets of M8 bolts are used.
3. Socket joint and joint cover should be used at the joint of FRP cable groove to connect two FRP cable grooves into a whole.
4. The connection between FRP cable groove and subgrade cable is usually made of concrete pipe or steel pipe.
5. The bend of the road is connected with the cable groove by the elbow of the fiberglass reinforced plastic cable groove.
6. Cover and cable groove are fixed with plastic bolts and stainless steel bolts.
Explain:
1. Dimensions of this drawing are measured in mm.
2. Pipe box size is 4000*308*190mm, joint pipe box size is 2000*370*240mm, cover and box body are fixed with plastic bolts.
3. This map is drawn according to the requirements of the Highway Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Communications and is suitable for expressways.
4. Fiberglass reinforced plastic cable elbow is used at the turning of the railway to connect with the pipe box.
5. Railway is to fix pipe box with triangular steel bracket on both sides of the bridge.
6. In order to facilitate transportation, the U-shaped groove can be made into a shape with the top slightly larger than the bottom. At this time, attention should be paid to the size of the plate and the groove body.
