Long Span Cable Bridge Frame
Description:
ZW-XQJ series long-span cable-spacing bridge can be divided into cascade type, tray type and trough type. The cascade junction bridge has good ventilation performance without dust and interference. The surface treatment of tray type cable bridge can be divided into galvanizing, electrostatic spraying and hot galvanizing according to user's needs. It can be used for special anti-corrosion treatment in severe corrosive environment. The trough type and tray type bridge has the performance of dust and interference prevention. Trough cable tray is a fully enclosed cable tray with cover plate and minimal quantized connecting bolt. It is most suitable for laying computer cables, communication cables, thermocouple cables and other control cables of high sensitive systems. It has very good effect on shielding interference of control cables and protection of cables in heavy corrosion environment.
Bridge Bridge Introduction:
The long-span cable bridge is assembled by pulling and extruding FRP profiles. It is suitable for power cables, control cables, lighting cables and accessories. Compared with the iron bridge, it has the advantages of long service life (generally designed for 20 years), convenient installation and low cost (the specific gravity is only 1/4 of carbon steel, no fire is needed in construction, the length of a single bridge can reach 8 meters, or even longer), convenient cutting and no maintenance.
Installation and maintenance:
1. There are 6 connecting holes at each end of the bridge at 50 and 100 heights, and 12 connecting holes at each end at 150 and 200 heights.
2. Support spacing: The support spacing should be less than or equal to the allowable load of the load curve and the support span.
3. Bridge Width: When choosing the width of cable bridge, there should be a certain reserve space for adding cable in the future.
4. Separation laying: When there are fewer power cables and control cables, they can be installed on the same cable bridge, but the power cables and control cables should be separated and laid with a partition board in the middle.
5. Cable Fixation: When horizontal laying of the junction bridge, the connection between the bridges should be set at 1/4 of the span as far as possible. Horizontal cable is fixed every 2 meters or so, vertical cable is fixed every 1.5 meters or so.
