Overview
The external XZ axis is designed by TEDA and equipped with a linear motion guide platform in the XZ direction used by the YASKAWA robot. It is driven by a YASKAWA explosion-proof servo motor and is driven by a precision reducer, gear, and rack. The motion is stable and the repeat positioning accuracy can reach ±0.05 mm.
