H86 vertical machinecenter adopts Japanese imported control system (Mitsubishi or Fanuc) ａnd its supporting servo driver and motor, realizing three-axis linkage. Material removal rate is about 1.5 times than the conventionalCNC machine, greatly reducing the processing time ａnd manufacturing cycle of parts, production efficiency is greatly improved. Widely used in electronics,machinery, automotive, aircraft, aerospace, shipping, national defense and other fields of products.
1. Taiwan famous brａnd spindle configuration, 10000rpm spindle speed(can choose 12000, 15000rpm spindle), high precision, high strength coupling direct transmission, transmission does not slip, improve the processing accuracy.
2. Triaxial linear roller track design, with high rigidity, high wear resistance, high precision and other characteristics, with high processing stability.
3. The guide rail and ball screw adopt the centralized automatic lubrication system, which can inject oil to each lubrication part regularly and quantitatively to ensure the uniform lubrication of each moving surface, effectively reduce the friction resistance, improve the motion precision,ａnd ensure the service life of the guide rail and ball screw.
4. Adopt the new design of three-axis roller linear way, and withhigh static stiffness, high dynamic stiffness and high thermal stiffness. The whole casting adopts box and integral structure to improve the stability of the machine. Lightweight moving parts to reduce the inertia of the drive system. The whole machine adopts oil-water separator structure.
