Product description:
The VMC1060L3vertical machining center consists of main engine, CNC system, electrical control system, automatic lubricating system, cooling system, totally enclosed protective cover, automatic chip removal device (optional) etc.
The machine has the X, Y, Z three axis linkage, in a clamping can finish milling, drilling, boring, expanding continuously, hinge, such as the internal and external screw thread processing a variety of rough and finish machining process.
It is suitable for processing all kinds of high precision, working procedure, shape more complex parts, to provide users with complex parts processing and quick, perfect integration solutions.
Product features:
1. The Machine bode(i.e.:Base, columns, crossbeams and etc) are made of high grade cast iron.
2. The layout of reinforcing rib plate analysis and calculated by rigid optimization,ａnd with years of experience to set effective annealing process to eliminate residual stress, so that to keep machine accuracy stablely and effectively for a long time.
3. The machine body and column structure made by casting,To improve the rigidity and long – term precision effectively.
4. Adopt advanced working machine (large size imported gantry machining center and guide rail grinding machine), achieved required process accuracy, laid a good foundation for assembly.
