KCB series of ordinary gear lubrication pump ( gear pump KCB300) is mainly used for a variety of mechanical equipment lubrication oil transportation system for transporting viscosity at 10. E (75C.St) below the temperature at below 300 ℃ oil having lubricating properties . Stainless steel gear pump , can transport non-lubricating oil, beverage , low corrosive liquids. Equipped with low copper gear can transport the point liquids such as gasoline , benzene. This series of pumps in addition to ordinary motor configuration , it can also be configured with the specifications of explosion-proof motor according to the user .
Use
Similar gear pump KCB300 for conveying solid particles and fibers , non-corrosive, temperature no higher than 80 ℃, the viscosity of 5 × 10-6 ~ 1.5 × 10-3m2 / s (5-1500cSt) oil or nature other liquid lubricants .

Structural features
The KCB series gear pump gears , shafts , pump, valve , shaft seal formed . Heat treated gears have high hardness and strength , together with the operating shaft mounted in a replaceable bushings. All parts of the pump are lubricated by the output medium automatically when the pump is working to achieve .
There are well-designed pump and back to the tank drain , gear to withstａnd the torque force at work a minimum , thus bearing loads of small, wear , high pump efficiency .
Pump is provided as overload protection valve , the entire valve return pressure pump rated pressure of 1.5 times to exclude , can be adjusted if needed based on the actual discharge pressure within the allowable range . But note that this safety valve relief valve can not be long-term work , when necessary, be installed in the pipeline .
