MACHINE DESCRIPTION
Center-filled candy machine (LST-D8) is equipped with double hoppers on the basis of the original table-top chocolate&gummy depositor and has the function of one-shot depositing. Designed for filling polycarbonate/silicone moulds or chocolate shells with fluid ganache, nougat, couverture or liquor. Deposit on four capacity at a time with a precise dose of ingredients to the gram.
The heated pistons and heated hopper with adjustable temperature control to successfully deposit both high and low heat ingredients.And it allows you to use a wide variety of shapes with it, as the operator can manually position the molds on the feed nozzles. That way, you gain a lot more flexibility when it comes to producing.
It also features pedal dosing, which has been specially designed so the operator can dose and move the mould at the same time, resulting in greater productivity.
