MACHINE DESCRIPTION
The LST-BM25L ball mill tempering machine is capable of rapidly producing chocolate, nut pastes (for ganache), and spreadable creams. The machine is equipped with a refrigerator with the purpose of regulating, within the set limits, the excess heat caused by the friction generated between the spheres. Thus doing we preserve unaltered the organoleptic qualities of the product.
The circulation of the product during refinement is maintained by a dual-purpose volumetric pump.
The refining cylinder is also regulated to maintain a warm temperature to prevent the fatty residues between the balls from solidifying during pauses in the working cycle.

NOTES AND CAUTIONS
1. Only use the machine when the machine is in good condition, make sure all safety.
2. Make sure Shields and protective instruments are normal, the grounding protection is good, and all the functions of the machine are normal before using.
3. No safety device shall be left idle and shall not prevent the normal operation of any safety device.
4. Machine operators should be aware of the role of all safety protection devices, emergency stop and slow stop.
5. Under normal circumstances, the emergency stop is NOT allowed to replace.
5. The normal stop operation; it is NOT allowed to stop by opening the safety protection device.
6. Before starting the machine, make sure that there are NO people in the machine and NO one touches the machine.
7. When the machine is running, do NOT put your hands, feet, or any part of your body into or near the machine.
8. Operators must NOT leave the machine while the machine is running.
10.It is strictly forbidden to climb on the machine while the machine is
running.
9. It is forbidden to transfer tools across the machine.

11. The nameplates on any electrical equipment are not allowed to move.
12. Only personnel who have received machine operation training and safety operation training and passed the assessment can operate the machine.
13. Non-local personnel must not operate the machine without permission.
14. The metal case of all electrical equipment shall be well grounded.
15. The earthing device shall NOT be removed or performed any work on it in use.
16. All electrical equipment's metal enclosures should be well grounded.
17. Do not remove or perform any work on the grounding device during using.
18. Keeping the work area around the machine and the machine itself clean and tidy. The floor, platform and inside of the machine need to be
cleaned regularly. Dangerous goods such as grease, oil, and other sticky materials should be removed in time to prevent personnel from slipping.
19. Before entering the machine for operation, the emergency stop button must be locked. If necessary, the power must be turned off and locked.
20. Non-professionals are not allowed to open electrical junction boxes,
21. Some machines may use some solvents for cleaning. No matter what
solvents are used, protective items such as gloves should be used, and
the remaining solvents should be immediately stored in the designated
solvents location. To avoid accidents while the machine is working.
22. Do not place any solvents on the hot parts of the machine or near the original electrical appliances.
23. If the machine is found to be faulty, stop it immediately and report it to the maintenance staff on duty, and notify other people who may use the machine.
