MACHINE DESCRIPTION
This Chocolate and the gummy depositing line is a high-tech full automatic chocolate machine for chocolate and gummy molding. The production process includes mold heating, chocolate depositing, mold vibrating, mold conveying, cooling, and demolding. This line has been widely applied in the production of chocolate/gummy, center-filled chocolate/gummy, double-colored chocolate/gummy, particle mixed chocolate, etc.
The most special feature of this line is the flexibility as every part of this line can be used as a separate part and combined with some other machine.
Depositor usually works with a Mould heater, vibrator, cooling tunnel, demoulder, biscuit feeder, sprinkler, cold press machine, etc. It can be a fully automatic line or a semiautomatic line. Choose whatever function you need to make your desired production line.
FEATURES
1.Depositor is with shell, these shell is not only for hygienic purpose, but also for safety protection.
2.The depositing head is with completely new mechanism, which enables fast assemble and disassemble of the depositing head, depositing plate,etc. This design make it very fast and convenient for depositing plate change or depositor cleaning.

PRODUCT TESTING
1.Every product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before it’s packed for shipment.
2.Will take testing videos for the customer.
3. Will test the machine with chocolate. If small machine, we will bear the cost of the testing material. If big machines, customer need to bear the cost.
4.Debugging of machines until all are functional.
5.Training the customers how to operate and maintain the machines correctly.
