Compared with ordinary fixed-point chocolate depositing machine, the Chocolate Drops Depositing machine has faster depositing speed and larger output, because there is no need to stop during the depositing process, and need to detect the mold before depositing. The drop pouring machine directly drops the chocolate product from the drum and drops onto the PU belt of top, rapid prototyping cools quickly, and the speed is 30% faster than ordinary depositing machines.
The machine uses servo motor to control the pouring, and there is no material leakage during the pouring process. At the same time, the pouring speed can be adjusted by the butterfly valve on the drum, and the size of the pouring product can also be adjusted according to the drum speed, the chocolate flow rate and the aperture size on the drum, which is convenient and quick.
