Product introduction

Structure principle
The main body of the ball mill is a low-speed rotary cylinder horizontally mounted on two large bearings. It is driven by a motor through a reducer and peripheral large gears, or by a low-speed synchronous motor directly through a peripheral large gear reduction drive. The inside of the cylinder is equipped with a suitable grinding medium-steel ball. The grinding medium is lifted to a certain height under the action of centrifugal force and the material being ground in the state of being thrown or discharged is continuously entered into the inside of the cylinder from the feeding port. The milled grinding medium is pulverized and the product is discharged outside the machine by the force of overflow and continuous feeding for the next process.
It consists of main parts such as feeding part, discharging part, turning part and transmission part (electric control of reducer small transmission gear motor). The hollow shaft is made of cast steel lining and can be replaced with rotating large gear.
