Structure principle

1.The slag is sent to the hopper by a belt conveyor or a bucket elevator and then enter the feeding end through the hopper of the feeding machine and the feeding pipe.

2.The inclination of the feeding pipe is larger than the natural inclination angle of the material so that the material can be smoothly flowed into the mine drying machine.

3.The dryer cylinder is a rotating cylinder with a horizontal line which is slightly inclined to the horizontal line. Material joins from high end to heat carrier enters from the low-end.

4.With the rotation of the cylinder the material runs to the lower end of the base because of gravity. During the forward movement of the cylinder the wet material is dried directly or indirectly and then is sent out by a belt conveyor or a screw conveyor.
