Product introduction
Rotary cooler used in compound fertilizer production cooling temperature of granular fertilizer rotary cooler and drier can greatly improve the cooling speed reduce labor intensity increase output further remove partial moisture and reduce fertilizer grain temperature.
Structure principle
Rotary cooling machine adopts air flow and material flow flow reverse way of working the material is fed from the top end of machinefrom up to down passing by heating drying period and cooling period discharged uniformly from the bottom.While the cold air from the bottom into the first cooling the discharge material then heated and mass transfer with the material absorb the moisture in the material through material layer from the top of the outlet. Therefore the machine cooling material at the same time strengthen the material heating drying process this function is not possessed by currently using vertical cooler and counterflow cooler.
