Vibrating feeder can be massive granular materials from silos uniform timing continuously fed by the feeding device for feeding the crusher evenly continuous production line in the sａnd and coarse material screening . It is widely used in metallurgy building materials chemicals coal mineral processing abrasives and other industries crushing and screening production lines.

Structure principle

Vibrating feeder is the use of a vibrator in the eccentric rotation of the centrifugal force so that the screen hａnd vibrators and other moving parts as mandatory continuous circle or an approximate circle movement. Vibrating feeder is made to the trough body exciter spring bearing gears and other components. Vibration source tank feeding the exciter vibration exciter is composed of two eccentric shafts (active and passive) and gear pair composed by motor through V-belt drive axle and then by the drive shaft gear driven shaft rotation active and passive reverse rotation axes simultaneously so that the tank vibration continuous flow of materials to achieve the purpose of transporting materials.
