There are two basic types of butterfly valve: D71 series center line butterfly valve, D73 series eccentric butterfly valve. USES the combination of two type body, seat and body lined with integration, the valve is working, only all plastic seat and lining plastic butterfly plate and the media contact, the valve can bear the medium corrosion of lining materials is introduced, using quadrupole seal structure and the sealing surface with heat-resistant anti-aging SI rubber elastic gasket, achieve zero leakage of the medium.

1. The center line butterfly valve is concentric between the whole butterfly plate and the valve seat within a circle of 360° (center line), with two-way sealing function, and the pressure and flow can be freely adjusted;
2. Eccentric butterfly valve is the CAM effect of two-dimensional eccentric products, which can produce enough specific pressure of sealing pair, and with the increase of working pressure, the sealing effect is more ideal;
3. Four-stage loading elastic seal ensures zero leakage in and out of the valve.
A: shaft and butterfly valve integrated outer lining F46;

B: the end face of shaft head is a combination of elastic o-ring, rigid washer and elastic rubber pad at shaft shoulder.
C: the radial direction of the shaft is a combination of o-ring and metal bushing;
D: seat inlaid into body groove with elastic strip.
