Stainless steel plunger valve is composed of valve body, valve cover, valve stem, plunger, hole frame, sealing ring, hａnd wheel and other parts. When the hａnd wheel rotation, through the stem to drive the plunger in the middle of the hole between the upper and lower reciprocating movement to complete the valve open and close the function.
In the valve plunger and the seal ring used between the interference fit, by adjusting the glａnd in the flange bolts, the lateral force and the valve body sealing ring compression product in cylindrical hole surface and the plunger seal, thus ensuring the sealing performance of the valve, to prevent the internal leakage, while the valve opening, the valve can achieve a small moment the rapid opening and closing.
Because the sealing ring is made of a new type of high resilience and high wear resistance, the sealing material has the characteristics of high temperature and high pressure without loss of elasticity, so the sealing performance is reliable and durable.
