Single call valve

Breathing valve and flame arrester are indispensable safety facilities for storage tanks. The utility model not only can maintain the air pressure balance of the storage tank, ensures that the tank is damaged in the overpressure or the vacuum, but also can reduce the volatilization and the loss of the medium in the tank.
Breathing valve is to maintain the tank pressure balance, reduce the volatile media security and energy saving products, often with the use of firearms. Shell material: carbon steel, aluminum alloy, stainless steel (SUS304, SUS304L, SUS316, SUS316L), fluorine lined, plastic.
Internal core: valve disc, valve seat, valve stem, valve cover.
Internal core material: stainless steel or ptfe.
Sealing ring material: ptfe.
Ambient temperature: -40~+60OC.

Single call valve has: compact structure, large ventilation, small leakage, corrosion resistance, good sealing performance.
The valve disc is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which has the advantages of low temperature resistance and anti-freezing. The fire stop plate is located at the inlet of the single call valve, preventing the fire source from entering the shell of the single call valve. It has the advantages of small volume, light weight, convenient maintenance, cleaning and replacement. The valve is equipped with an electrostatic output device to keep the valve at constant potential with the tank.

Type C: -295pa (-30mmh20) +1750Pa (+180mm H20)
Type D: -295pa (-30mmh20) +9800Pa (+1000mm H20) (special pressure, specified by user).
Explosion-proof level: BS 5501: IIA, IIB, IIC.

Flange standard: GB, HG, SH, HGJ, JB, ANSL, JIS and other standards. (user specified, please specify pressure level)
Manufacturing, testing standards: according to (oil tank breather valve) SY7511-87, (petroleum tank fire arrester performance and test methods) GB5908-86 standards such as manufacturing and acceptance; or user specified standards.
