ZPG filter is a use of low quality water for industrial cooling filter, but also can be used for other filtering process, it has a function of washing out impurities, installed in the heat exchanger in front of the other executive agencies, regular cleaning to eliminate impurities.
When the normal condition, the steering valve is opened, the water is filtered by the filter cartridge, which is discharged from the outlet.
When the steering valve is closed and the drain valve is opened, the water is forced from the filter cylinder inlet mesh into the filter cylinder outside, mostly from the outlet, and a part of the collection of impurities from the filter net hole into the filter cartridge inside, have to backwash the filter cartridge, filter cartridge has reached from backwashing, reach wash in the mesh of impurities on the adhesion effect from external filter cartridge, impurities is discharged through the drain outlet.
