Product overview:
Self-reliance type differential pressure control valve is in open closed water circulation system, such as hot water heating system, air conditioning chilled water system, etc.) of a self-help type valve, its role is accused of loop appears outside disturbance (network) of pressure fluctuations and the interference (when the change of the internal resistance), has been accused of circuits of differential pressure constant, applicable to the heating mode adopts double pipe system of differential pressure control, guarantee the system stability, lower noise, balance the resistance, fire heat supply network and hydraulic disorder. The pressure difference between the applied and the controlled loop can be maintained constant regardless of the network pressure fluctuation or the resistance of the controlled loop.
Working principle:
1, when the water supply pressure P1 increases or decreases, the signal by the pressure pipe into the pressure film cavity, drive the disc up or down, so that the flow surface of the valve port decreases or increases, delta P '= p2-p3 also increases or decreases, until delta P= p1-p2 to ensure the original value is constant.
2, when the return water pressure P3 increase or decrease the moment, from the valve mouth flow through the outlet velocity decreased or increased the pressure P2 under the membrane is also in this moment increased or decreased, until the pressure of the membrane rebalancing, P2 restore the original value, △P= p1-p2 maintain the pressure difference unchanged.
3. When the controlled system resistance decreases or increases, P2 decreases or increases, driving the valve up or down, the flow area of the valve port increases or decreases, causing P2 to decrease or increase, and △P= p1-p3 also decreases or increases, until △P= p1-p2 keeps the original value constant.
From the work diagram, delta P= p1-p2 (1), delta P '= p2-p3 (2) two equations add up to get delta P+ delta P' = p1-p3, from formula 3 can be seen that the pressure differential valve control pressure differential and the sum of the working pressure differential is equal to the heat inlet inlet water supply pipe and heat inlet outlet return pipe pressure differential.
Scope of use: this product is a kind of valve which can automatically adjust the pressure difference of the controlled system by using the pressure change of the system.
