H76H double disc structure for double disc swing check valve with spring load disc, suspended on the center vertical pin shaft. When the valve opens, the resultant fluid action is at the center of the disc sealing surface, and the acting spring support force is at the center of the disc surface, causing the disc root to open first.
Inlet double-lobe swing check valve H76H; Working principle of H76W:
H76H double disc swing check disc is two semicircles with spring force return. The valve is usually closed due to the torque of the spring. When the fluid is flowing forward, the pressure of the fluid causes the disc to rotate around the hinge and the valve opens. Once the flow has stopped, the valve is closed before the flow can be reversed because of the spring.
