I. product overview
On the basis of introducing foreign advanced technology, our factory adopts precise j-shaped elastic sealing ring and three-eccentric multi-layer metal hard sealing structure, which is widely used in the industrial pipelines with medium temperature ≤425℃, such as gold, electric power, petrochemical, water supply and drainage, municipal construction, etc., for regulating the flow rate and carrying the cut-off body. The valve adopts three-eccentric structure, the valve seat and plate sealing surface are made of different hardness and stainless steel, with good corrosion resistance, long service life, the valve has two-way sealing function, the product conforms to the national GB/ t13927-92 valve pressure test standard.

2. The sealing ring is made of stainless steel or polytetrafluoroethylene, which has the double advantages of metal hard seal and elastic seal. 3. The sealing surface of butterfly plate is made of surfacing cobalt-based hard alloy, which is wear-resistant and has a long service life.
4. The large size butterfly plate adopts quilted structure with high strength, large overflow area and small flow resistance.
5, the valve has a two-way sealing function, installation is not limited by the direction of the medium, nor affected by the space position, can be installed in any direction.
6. The drive device can be installed at multiple stations (rotating 90° or 180°) for user's convenience.
