CS15H, CS45H PN16, PN25 floating ball steam reducing valve
Cs15h-16c, cs45h-16c type free semi-floating steam trap: internal thread connection (cs15h-16c), flange connection (cs45h-16c), semi-floating ball structure, seat sealing surface material for Cr13 series stainless steel, nominal pressure PN16, body material for carbon steel steam trap. Free semi-floating steam trap is one of the reliable mechanical steam traps. The inner structure of the ball barrel is a moving part with the opening facing down. The outer circle of the ball barrel is finely ground and the whole ball can be a sealing surface. Long service life, water hammer resistance, no wearing parts, no fault, durable, no steam leakage, good energy saving effect. Free semi-floating steam trap is used for steam heating equipment, steam pipe network condensate recovery system.
Working principle: the ball bucket of free half floating ball steam trap is a moving part with the opening facing down. The ball bucket is both an opening and closing part and a sealing part. When the device is just started, the air and low-temperature condensate in the pipe will pass through the launching pipe and enter the trap. The bimetallic strip empting element in the valve will spring the ball and barrel open, and the valve will open, and the air and low-temperature condensate will be discharged quickly. When the steam enters the ball barrel, the ball barrel produces upward buoyancy, and at the same time the temperature in the valve increases, the bimetallic strip emptor shrinks, the ball bucket floats to the valve port, and the valve closes. When the steam in the ball bucket becomes condensate, the ball bucket loses buoyancy and sinks, the valve opens, and the condensate is quickly discharged. When steam reenters the barrel, the valve closes again, working intermittently and continuously. As the seat is in water seal isolation, water vapor separation, no steam leakage during operation.
Scope of use: this product can be used in steam pipe network and equipment.
