ZMAS fine small pneumatic angle seat control valve at the top of the guide structure, equipped with multi spring actuator, has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, flexible action, fluid channel was streamlined, S has the advantages of small pressure drop loss, valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, convenient disassembly and assembly etc.. Widely used in precise control of gas, liquid and other media process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, liquid level to maintain a given value. Particularly applicable to allow a small amount of leakage, high viscosity valve before the valve after the pressure difference, regulation of particulate matter containing suspended solids and fluids, can avoid coking and clogging, easy cleaning and self purification.
This series of products are standard, cut off type, bellows seal type, jacket insulation type and other varieties. Product nominal pressure level has 1.6, 4, 6.4MPa, nominal diameter range DN20-200mm. Minimum spool diameter 3mm, the application of fluid temperature -200~+450. Allowable leakage levels are IV and VI, and the flow characteristics are linear or equal.
