Pneumatic diaphragm seat control valve, pneumatic control valve three, electric three shunt valve, regulating valve, pressure regulating valve, flow control valve, flow control, dynamic balancing valve, balancing valve, is a simple and intuitive flow regulating control device.
Regulating valve structure is composed of electric actuator or pneumatic actuator and valve body two parts. Straight travel mainly through single seat type and through engine type two, which have large flow capacity, unbalanced and stable operating characteristics, so it is usually suitable for high flow, low pressure drop and leakage occasions. Angular travel: V type electric control valve, pneumatic diaphragm valve, eccentric butterfly valve, etc.. This type of valve in the pipeline should generally be installed horizontally.
Application of flow control valve can be directly set according to the design flow in the network, the valve under the action of water flow, automatically eliminate the deviation of the remaining pipeline pressure head and pressure fluctuations caused by, no matter how the pressure changes in the system settings are maintained constant flow, the valve of these features make the pipe network flow control once completed, the transfer network work into a simple flow distribution, effective solution to the network hydraulic imbalance. Flow control valve is mainly used in: central heating (cold) and other water systems, so that the distribution of the flow of the pipe network, the elimination of water system hydraulic imbalance, to solve the problem of uneven heating and cooling, energy saving, power saving 15%-20%.
