ZYC type self pressure control valve is a kind of self control by using the pressure change of the medium itself and keep the energy saving product which flows through the medium pressure difference of the controlled system. ZYC type self operated pressure control valve for heating pipe system using differential pressure control, ensure the system pressure is essentially the same, reduce noise, balance resistance, heat elimination of hydraulic imbalance.

The working principle is illustrated by the example of ZYC type self pressure differential pressure control valve installed in the return pipe. When the water supply pressure P1 increases or decreases, the signal is introduced into the diaphragm by the connection pipe cavity, driven by the spool down or up, so that the flow area of the valve seat decreases or increases. P2-P3 also increases or decreases, until the P1-P2 value remained constant. When the return pressure P3 increases or decreases the moment with the seat velocity to reduce or increase the flow of exports, the film pressure at the moment of P2 also increased or decreased, which drives the valve core to move up or down, until the diaphragm force balance, P2 recovery value, P1-P2 protection value is constant, thereby ensure that the controlled system between supply and return water the pressure difference basically unchanged.
