     This machine is suitable for hot press forming and punching production of roll and sheet materials, and punching a series of non-metallic materials such as automotive sound insulation cotton.

4. Structural composition and functional characteristics

    After the machine manually positions the rolls and sheet materials and presses them with hot stamping, the formed materials are manually pulled out and removed.

5、Operation steps: 

      Set the relevant parameters on the touch screen of the electric control cabinet, install the die on the punch and fix it, and manually pull the material to the punching area. Press the start button, the pressure plate goes down, it rises after punching, manually moves the material, punches again, and manually picks up the finished product, and so on.
