HTR Series Gantry Type Hydraulic Cutting Machine
Uses and characteristics:
1. The machine is used for cutting operation of nonmetal materials such as leather,paper, plastic film, textile and rubber etc. by die cutter.
2. The machine adopts PLC control and human-machine interface operation with convenient use.
3. The machine is installed with front and rear movable cutting heads (pressing boards) driven by the motor. During the operation, it provides workers with optimal excellent visual field, safety and reliability.
4. The special hydraulic design guarantees the continuous output of cutting force so as to realize low energy consumption.
5. The machine is provided with automatic cutting depth adjustment device to guarantee the cutting precision.
6. The machine is provided with high-precision safety screen on its operation surface, which can guarantee personal safety of operators and realize automatic operation of the machine.
7. The quenched steel plate can be optionally allocated to realize precise cutting without consumption of cutting board.
8. The heating board can be optionally allocated so that the machine can carry out
pressure holding forming operation.
