The hundred-grade laminar flow hood is an air purification device that provides a local high clean environment. It is mainly composed of SUS304 stainless steel box, variable air volume fan unit, liquid tank high efficiency filter, current sharing film, differential pressure meter, wind speed sensor (optional), LED lighting and so on.The laminar flow hood can be hoisted or supported by a stainless steel square tube, which is compact and easy to use.It can be used alone or in multiple connections to form a strip-shaped clean area, which is installed above the process point where high cleanliness is required.After passing through the high-efficiency filter and the equalizing film at a certain wind speed, a uniform layer is formed to make the clean air flow in a vertical direction, thereby ensuring the cleanliness of the process area.The laminar flow hood operating area is protected by a hundred vertical laminar flow ISO5 class (NF, EN, ISO 14644-1).

Working Principle:

The device adopts the vertical unidirectional flow of air.The air is first pre-filtered through the primary filter to dispose of the large particles of dust in the airflow. The pretreated air is then subjected to secondary filtration through a high-efficiency filter to fully protect the high-efficiency filter.  Under the pressure provided by the centrifugal fan, the high efficiency filter is used to achieve the cleanliness requirements.All airflows are treated by high-efficiency filters, so the air is supplied and the exhaust air is free of residual dust, which avoids secondary pollution.The formation of a stable unidirectional flow in the working area serves to protect the external environment.
