Product Details
5XCX-5 Magnetic Separator is used to separate metals or clods from grains or seeds.
Grain mixed with metals or clods go through a closed strong magnetic field with in appropriate speed. Due to the different strength of attraction of the magnetic field, metal, soil and clods are separated from grain.
Advantages:
1. Stainless steel 304 sheet body, magnetic closed strictly with little magnetic flux leakage.
2. The magnetic field strength of magnetic roller is greater than 17,000 gauss, which means good magnetic effect.
3. Wide magnetic surface design, width of magnetic selection surface is 130mm, to ensure processing capacity and improve magnetic effect.
4. Bulk grain uniformly feed in, greatly reduce the losses caused by the vibration feeder.
