Belt separator working principle base on material’s different shape and under the unction of gravity acceleration, makes the different coefficients of sliding friction and rolling friction on the material (beans), lead to grading the material(beans).

After starting work, under acceleration gravity function, material moves in the belt. At the same time impurities will be moved to higher position and collected to impurity outlet, the impurity includes clods, stones, half size seed, blight seed and so on. The good seed has small friction, so will drop to the low outlet.
