How to use potato slicer machine:

1. Please check the main parts and make sure they are ready to operate.

Put the machine on flat ground, power on, and begin to work for one minute, then put potatoes which are needed to peel into this machine; open the water faucet at the same time to carry away potato skins. If the outlet is blocked, please stop the machine to clean out potato skins before continuing.

3. When potatoes are peeled completely, open the flashboard. Potatoes will fall into the cutting machine, then potato slices or shreds will come out from the outlet.

4. When the courses are finished, please clean the machine and knives with water, and coat the knives with edible oil for antirust.

Using the guide of potato slicer machine:

1）Turn on the power, start the switch, and check whether the direction of rotation of the dial is the same as the arrow of the machine, otherwise, the three-phase power supply can be re-connected to any two-phase power. Use a hose connected to the inlet and tap water switch, the sewage discharge can be connected according to the situation hose, put the container or directly into the sewer.
2）Before the machine starts, the potatoes from the mouth into the 300 model each 10-15 kg is appropriate, 500 model each 20-30 kg is appropriate.
3）Open the water switch, put the water into the cylinder, the appropriate adjustment of heavy volume, the tank cover pressed, and start the switch.
4）Machine working for about two minutes, switch off the power and water, depending on the potato peeling, the skin if the potatoes have been off the net, you can open the tank cover door, turn on the power switch, the dial is rotated in the potato, driven from the cartridge door automatic unloading.

Maintenance of potato chips cutter machine:

1. When the machine works slowly or weakly, please check whether the V-belt is loose and fasten it.

2. When the machine works for a long time, please check whether the screw bolts are loose and then fasten them.

3. Please fill in new lubricating oil to bearings after working for six months.
