The main principle of applying a heat pump to the drying process is to use a heat pump evaporator to absorb heat from outside air, recover waste heat of exhaust gas during the drying process, and carry (transfer) the energy to the oven (drying room) by working through the compressor. The hot air inside is heated up through repeated cycles, absorbs the moisture in the material, cools and humidifies itself, and through the process of hot air dehumidification or condensation and water removal, the water in the material is discharged and taken away, and finally, the continuous drying of the material is realized, generally the highest. The output temperature is 65°C. The biggest feature is reflected in energy saving. Its energy-saving is more than 50% energy saving than the electric heating tubes, infrared microwaves, etc., 40% energy saving than oil burning, and 20%-30% energy saving than coal burning.
