Design of industrial fruit dryer machine, food dryer machine:
1. The RH series box adopts a frame structure formed by welding SUS304 stainless steel plate and stainless steel profile. The oven shell is made of stainless steel insulation plate, riveted and welded, and the surface is flat, and the flatness is 3/1000mm. The oven is made of a 1.2mm stainless steel plate, which is ground and polished after argon arc welding.
2. The insulation layer of the industrial food dryer machine in the box is filled with high-quality aluminum silicate fiber cotton. This spices dryer machine has the characteristics of high heat resistance, low thermal conductivity, good chemical stability, and strong thermal shock resistance. The thickness is 75mm, and the surface temperature does not exceed the ambient temperature of 10 °C.
3. The convection wall of the electric food dryer machine in the box is adjustable, and the temperature in the box is uniform by adjusting the ventilation gap of the convection wall. The no-load temperature in the box is ±2℃.
4. The hot air circulation of the box (dry fruit dryer machine)adopts a high temperature and low noise axial flow fan, the fan power is 0.75KW/unit, and it is installed on both sides of the box.
5. The top of the box (commercial vegetable dryer machine)is equipped with 1 moisture outlet with a size of 150-150mm, and a supplementary air inlet with a size of 150-150mm.
6. The air dryer machine is equipped with 90 baking trays, the size of the baking tray.
Installation of fruit dryer machine:
The hot air circulation oven has two types of structure: detachable and integral.
The drying box of our factory has been assembled and tested before leaving the
factory. Due to the influence of transportation and vibration, it must be re-adjusted
before use.
1、The user needs to install it by himself or assemble it according to the product
manual. No matter where it is assembled, the user is responsible for laying the steam
pipes and fan power lines outside the drying box.
