The working way of the orange juice maker machine:

Working principle of electric orange juicer:

1) The working process of the electric orange juicer. First, the power is input from the power part, and the extrusion torque is transmitted from gear 7 to drive the entire extrusion screw roller 4 to rotate in the direction shown in the figure. The raw material is continuously put into 1 place for pressing; the raw material enters the barrel, and is continuously pushed to the left under the action of the screw roller 4, the cross-sectional area is continuously reduced from A1 to A3 and is 0 in the limit state, and the extrusion is realized; the residue and juice are drawn out from the juice 5 start to separate gradually, and finally realizes the slag 6 at the left end of the extrusion cylinder 2, and the juice flows out with the surface of the extrusion cylinder 2. Among them, A3/A1=slagging rate (slagging rate+juicing rate=99%).

2) Extrusion cylinder follow-up control. During the extrusion process, the extrusion cylinder 2 is designed to move laterally and left and right, mainly considering the instability of the raw material juice content or the change of the slag rate/juicing rate during the juicing process (such as sugarcane with different sugar content or different parts of sugarcane). etc.) cause a great change in the force between the screw roller, the extrusion cylinder, and the raw material, resulting in power waste and a high slag rate. By adding the follow-up block 8 to be integrated with the extrusion cylinder 2, the spring 9, and the hydraulic cylinder 10; the extrusion cylinder 2 can be adjusted in a timely manner according to different raw materials and different slag rates during the juice extraction process, and the extrusion cylinder 2 and the extrusion screw The relative position of the roll 4 in the lateral direction can be controlled more precisely, and the slag rate and the extrusion force can be controlled more accurately, and the work efficiency can be improved. Its essence is to make the cross-sectional area A3 adjustable, which is achieved by controlling the ratio of A3 to A1, that is, the slag yield.

3) Spiral roller cone guide. Between A1 and A3, a spiral guiding structure is added to the conical surface part of the right end of the extrusion screw roller 4, which is no longer a common smooth conical surface; while the cross-sectional area of the raw material changes gradually, the guiding residue follows the spiral groove to the right. Move until the right end of the extrusion cylinder 2 leaves, and the slag 6 is realized. Avoid the slag staying in the roller gap and wedging tightly to cause the slag to be unsmooth.
