Almond Shelling Machine

This almond sheller is our single almond shelling machine. It mainly has two machines: Almond cracking and almond shelling machine. The compact structure and low output make it suitable for small almond processing plants.

2. The apricot kernel peeling machine is mainly used to peel the hard shell of apricot kernels (hazelnuts) of various specifications.

3. This machine can simultaneously peel off the hard shells of the three-level apricot cores with different specifications by adjusting the gap between the first, second, and third-level processing and shelling rollers.

4. Small shelling machine: It is shelling, the gap between the rollers can be adjusted, and the size of the apricot kernels is different. (The roller gap should be 1-1.5mm smaller than the apricot kernel deflection size.)

The almond grader grades almonds into multiple grades based on size and size.

B: Almond Shell Kernel Separator

The almonds enter the sheller through the feeder and are broken by internal forces. The almonds in the shell move to the sheller and pass through a series of transparent rollers and crackers. The mixture of almond kernels and almond shells will separate automatically.

C: Almond peeling machine (optional)

This process removes the thin skin of the almonds to obtain pure almond kernels. (You can choose according to your needs).
