Peanuts can be eaten after simple processing and can be made into nutritious food and health care products after deep processing. Peanut shells can be used for biomass power generation as fuel instead of coal, and can also be comprehensively utilized for deep processing to add value. In recent years, with the adjustment of agricultural structure, the peanut planting area in my country has been expanding, and the peanut output has increased year by year. When peanuts are used for oil extraction, deep processing, and export commodities, the peanut pods need to be shelled, and the application of peanut shellers, peanut shell remover is increasing year by year.

Operation requirements of peanut sheller:

(1) Requirements for peanut cracking machine. The peeling should be clean and productive. The material of groundnut sheller should be free of iron, stone, and other hard impurities. Peanut cracker machines equipped with cleaning devices must have a high degree of cleanliness. The loss rate is low and the breakage rate is small. Peanut shell remover has certain versatility and can be used for the shelling of various crops to improve the utilization rate of groundnut sheller.

(2) Requirements for peanuts (peel fruit). Peanuts should be dry and wet properly, too dry will result in a high breakage rate, and too wet will affect work efficiency. In order to make the dry and wet suitable, the following methods can be used: First, peel the shells in winter. Before peeling, spray about 10 kg of warm water evenly on 50 kg of peeled fruit, then cover with plastic film for about 10 hours (other seasons can be covered with plastic film for 6 hours), and then dry in the sun for about 1 hour before peeling. . The second is to immerse the drier peanuts (peel fruits) in a large pool, remove them immediately after immersion, and cover them with plastic film for about 1 day, and then dry them in the sun.

Instructions for using of peanut sheller:

(1) Carefully read the "Product Instruction Manual", and make preparations for the installation of the machine according to the requirements of the manual.

(2) After installation, check the following items: first, whether the protective measures are perfect; second, whether the connecting parts of the components are tight; third, check whether the rotating parts are flexible and whether there is lubricating oil in each bearing; fourth, rotate by hａnd Check whether there is collision or friction with the pulley; fifth, rotate the drum by hａnd to observe whether the rotation is stable; sixth, check whether the tension of the V-belt of each transmission part is appropriate; seventh, check whether the motor is running normally and whether the power cord has leakage(peanut cracking machine).

(3) Turn on the fan switch and observe whether the direction is correct and the operation is smooth. Turn on the switch of the main unit and observe whether the direction is correct, whether the operation is smooth, and whether there is any noise, impact, or vibration. After running for 10~15 minutes with an empty car, observe whether there is any abnormal noise, and after there is no abnormal situation, use a wrench to tighten all the bolts of the rotating mechanism, and then start the feeding work(peanut cracker machine).

(4) When feeding peanuts, it should be kept uniform, appropriate and continuous, and should not contain iron filings, stones, and other sundries, so as to prevent breaking peanuts and causing mechanical failure. When the peanuts cover the sieve surface, the rice outlet switch can be turned on.

(5) Choose a suitable screen according to the size of the peanuts.

(6) If there are many nuts in the peanut shell, the fan baffle should be adjusted to increase the blowing volume(groundnut sheller).

(7) When the crushing rate exceeds 5.0%, the gap of the shelling drum should be increased; if the shelling is not clean, the gap of the shelling drum should be reduced. The gap adjustment is controlled at 25~40mm.

(8) During operation, people should not stａnd on the side of the belt drive to avoid injury. The miscellaneous outlet should be in the direction of the wind, and it is strictly forbidden to stａnd directly behind the outlet.

(9) A test run should be carried out before the operation of the machine. The test run should be free of rubbing, abnormal noise, and vibration. The rotation direction of the drum should be correct. The rotation speed should comply with the regulations in the instruction manual.

(10) When the machine is running, hands or other parts of the body shall not touch the running parts, such as the rotating shaft, fan, etc. It is strictly forbidden to put your hands into the feeding port and other dangerous moving parts.
