Working principle of bone grinding machine:

This bone grinder is crushed by shearing, grinding, and high-frequency vibration through the relative motion of stator and rotor with different geometric shapes under high-speed rotation. There are three grinding areas in the crushing chamber, the first is the coarse grinding area, the second is the fine grinding area, and the third is the ultra-fine grinding area. Micro crushing effect (can also be recycled, bone grinding machine). The machine has the characteristics of compact structure, stable operation, low noise, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and convenient maintenance. At present, it is the most ideal equipment for wet crushing in China(bone grinding machine).


Advantages of bone grinding machine:

Compared with the pressure type homogenizer, the bone grinding machine is first and foremost a centrifugal type equipment. industrial meat and bone grinder have the advantages of simple structure and convenient equipment maintenance. Its main disadvantage is also determined by its structure. First of all, due to centrifugal motion, the flow rate is not constant, and the flow rate varies greatly for materials with different viscosities. For example, for the same equipment, when dealing with viscous paint materials and thin milk fluids, the flow rate can differ by more than 10 times(bone grinding machine); Deformation of the material to be processed; third, the surface is easy to wear, and after wear, the refining effect will be significantly reduced.


Installation steps of bone grinding machine:

1. This meat and bone grinder is installed horizontally on a flat concrete foundation and fixed with anchor screws (the bone grinder may not be fixed according to the working conditions).

2. Check whether each fastening screw is tightened (the rotor center screw is an M12 left-hand screw).

3. Before using, please use a special wrench to turn the rotor to check whether it is in contact with the stator and whether it is stuck(meat and bone grinder).

4. Check and connect the power cord (three-phase alternating current, voltage is 380 volts, the body is protected to ground) and pay attention that the direction of rotor rotation should be consistent with the arrow on the base (rotate clockwise).

5. Connect the cooling water, and pay attention to the water inlet and outlet signs of the faucet.

6. When starting the motor, first touch the switch to check whether there is noise or vibration. If the situation is not normal, the meat and bone grinder should be stopped immediately, and then try running again after troubleshooting.

7. When cleaning the residual materials in the stator and rotor after work, it should be carried out in the running state. First, rotate the large chuck counterclockwise not less than 90° before cleaning.

8. Adjustment method of stator and rotor gap (adjustment should be carried out under running state):

a. Loosen the two handles b. Move the handle to drive the large chuck to rotate to adjust the gap. The clockwise rotation of the positioning plate reduces the gap and the material granularity becomes thinner. The counterclockwise rotation gap increases and the particle size of the material are coarse.

c. After adjusting the gap between the stator and rotor, tighten the two handles at the same time (clockwise).

d. According to the granularity and batch requirements of the processed materials, after selecting the best stator and rotor gap, the limit screw can be adjusted to achieve the limit purpose.

9. The buttercup should be filled with oil regularly.

10. Requirements for processing materials:

a. Dry solid materials cannot be processed, only wet processing can be performed.

b. The debris should be removed before the material is ground. The particle size of the material is less than 1mm, and the hardness of the material should not be higher than HV309. Hard objects such as iron and gravel particles are strictly prohibited from entering the grinding head to prevent damage to the bone grinding machine.

11. According to the material processing requirements, one or more grindings can be carried out, and several experiments should be done before grinding to ensure the best clearance and flow.

12. Always pay attention to the grinding work and running time before use. If there is any abnormal situation, it should be stopped immediately and disassembled for inspection.

13. Disassembly of the stator assembly (please note that the stator assembly 1, 2, and 3 must not be disassembled). First, remove the hopper, remove the inlet and outlet nozzles, loosen the cap screws, remove the dial, hold the handle, turn counterclockwise to remove the large chuck, and lift the grinding headcover upward to take out the stator assembly.

14. Disassembly of the rotor assembly (please note that the first and second rotors of the rotor assembly must not be disassembled). After pulling out the stator, remove the discharge port and unscrew the left-hand screw to remove the rotor and impeller. The assembly of the rotor and stator can be carried out in the reverse order of the above, and each part should be cleaned before assembly. When installing, it is necessary to apply lubricating oil that meets the requirements on each contact surface and threaded part before assembly(bone grinding machine).

15. When the colloid mill is finished or not in use in a short period of time, the inner cavity should be well cleaned to prevent corrosion, and it is best to dry it with high-pressure air. When cleaning, select the appropriate cleaning agent according to different materials, but it should be ensured that the seals are not damaged (the material of the seals is nitrile rubber).

16. When disassembling and assembling, it should be noted that each sealing ring must not be damaged, wrongly installed, or lost.

17. When replacing the pulley according to the required number of revolutions, first loosen the nut on the end of the motor cover, push the motor in the direction of the grinding head in the horizontal direction to loosen the V-belt, and put the machine down, and then unscrew the nut on the main shaft and the nut on the motor shaft. Tighten the screws and remove the original pulley. When replacing the required pulley, it can be tapped in with a hand hammer, and can not be hit hard, so as not to damage the pulley and destroy the precision of the machine. After the replacement, fasten with nuts and screws, and then gently stand up the machine. After the machine stands up, push the motor in the horizontal direction to tighten the V-belt, and then close the cover.
