Working principle of coal crushing machine:

1. The coal pulverizer machine adopts a high-speed rotating hammer to impact the ore, breaking the ore along fragile parts such as natural cracks and cross-sections. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber, raw materials are fed into the machine from the upper feeding port, crushed under the striking, shearing, and grinding action of the high-speed moving hammer.

2. There is a sieve plate in the lower part of the rotor. After crushing the material, the particles smaller than the sieve size are discharged through the sieve plate; the bigger particles larger than the sieve hole size are blocked on the sieve plate and continue to be hit and crushed by a hammer, till they can pass the sieve plate and then discharge out of the machine.
